Simple question; once you've filled in the UAC online application for a person who didnt complete HSC in 2013, and youve mentioned to UAC that you've done it last year and mentioned the school and student number, is it that simple? Like from there are they able to access your ATAR or do you have to provide documentation of your atar on top of that

Yes that is enough information for them to determine whether you are eligible for transfer to your desired course. You don't usually have to supply additional information.
