Hey can anyone tell me whats involved in transfering or has anyone ever done it?
I want to go to armidale for the first year or so for a degree in communications and hopefully transfer to a metro area to finish it? anyone have any oppinions on this?

keke ... Armidale Don't worry, nothing wrong with armidale, I'm going there next year.

Ok, if memory serves me correctly after one full year of study, you apply through UAC to transfer, and the uni takes into consideration 50% UAI and 50% GPA (Grade Point Average, uni terminology, you'll soon find out about it).

And you'll probably have to fill in some forms at Armidale to say your leaving the course and their uni.

hey hey thanx for that! yeh i got an offer from western syd and armidale! they both have Pro's and cons! but armidale has the most pro's! so yeh just seeing my chances in transfering later on down the track
