Hi,

I currently study B science at UWS with a GPA of 6.25 for the first semester. I estimate that my final GPA would be about 6.5 and an average mark of ~85. Will I be able to transfer to the B science (advanced) at USYD or UNSW next year and how good are my chances.

B Science (Advanced) with major in physics at USYD or UNSW?

You need to call them up. If you transfer via UAC different unis have different policies depending on what year you are in.

Yes, I've applied through UAC. The thing that makes me worry is the ATAR that I got (which was 77.65).
By the way this is my first year (full time) at Uni.

I am doing a Mathematics major with some physics units, will I be able to start the B science (Advanced) in the 2nd year with a major in physics.
