Transferring without atar being taken into account? (1 Viewer)

Hi there, im planning to do a degree next year and wanting to transfer into another uni afterwards? When does UAC or the university stop taking in account your atar and only your GPA? Is it after 2 years full time of the degree?

I would presume it would depend on the univeristy, if you were disadvantaged you may be able to apply to the univeristy your transferring to for special consideration when you transfer so they only take your GPA into account.

Would you know if uts or usyd have this special consideration of not taking in the atar but just marks from you 1st year degree? Thanks!
