Amazing that you've seen it given it's only had one screening so far. How did you manage to get to that event!?

Transformers was good, Zodiac - come on man.. shittest movie of all time.. even TMNT was better than that.

After Hot Fuzz, Zodiac would be my pick for best movie of the year so far (though I, too, missed Lives of Others, sadly).

Anyway, saw Transformers today. I mostly enjoyed it, but I must admit my attention began to drift when they all began to converge on the Hoover Dam, but it came back when the action began. Which I thought occasionally was too hard to follow, with too much happening.

Still, the first two hours were incredibly entertaining and enjoyable, and I certainly wouldn't object to seeing it again.

Watched Transformers yesterday in Gold Class.

Loved it.

Although there were many awkward and WTF moments.. like the telemarketer was my first WTF..?!

Arguably the best movie out this year.. All the other are crap.. Shrek III was shit..

was there any reason for it being on top of that abandoned building? (barring an excuse for setting change)

they wanted to pass the cube onto the military to store in a safer place, note the army's helicopters had arrived but only to be shot down.
but think of it in the long run it still will be dangerous in the wrong hands

transformers was a realli gud movie. i saw it twice. i liked 300. the graphicz were awesum

i saw it today and i have to say i was really dissappointed with it. for 2 hours it was nothing but action and fighting which left me drained when i walked out of the cinema. there was no real depth to the story. but garbage plotting. small minor stories were left unfinished and nasty so-called jokes did not compliment.

on the plus side, it had an interesting use of sound from various sources and the effects are by far some of the more impressive effects i've seen since lotr. but overall i'm still dissappointed with it. i wouldn't watch it again even if its free. some people are going to object to this but this is my opinion.

I think he is supposed to be Brawl. I could have sworn they used the name Devastator in the movie, but that would have been a fuck up, especially since Bay wanted to use the Constructicons for the sequel and Devastator is the sum total of the Constructicons.
