Quite sure I'm coming first anyway. It's kind of more pressure to do well though, because people think that since it's almost like private tutoring I have no reason to not stuff up.
Algorithms kill me. I want to shoot the person who thought up the idea. :chainsaw:

how many algorithms did CSSA have? independant had 3 algorithms and 2 flowchat qs. the algorithms were the ones that screwed me over. also, with independant we had space to write in, so it was hard to fit everything you want to say. do we get space or booklets for the HSC?

59% yay...didnt expect to pass
I was told that the independant paper was unusual this year because there arent usually that many algorithms included in the exams.

that was my best part, but I did flowchart..got 5/6:D..lost a mark because if someone missed a game due to injury/sickness, there average would be affected, and I didnt take accound of that.....never knew you had to think so deeply into it:p

hehehe well it wasn't the easiest of papers for everyone. :) Did u just n0t study for sdd? hmm i dunno sdd is pretty good topic, just spend time now revising over notes and u should do alrite, though the algorithm parts will require u to sit down and work them out slowly. :D

winston: what was your trial worth? and what was your major project worth?

do you think maybe (just MAYBE) you put a little TOO much effort into your major and not your trial?

Keep things in perspective dude...

my trials were worth 20%

major was 35% if i remember right but it's more than the trials

and this algorithm assesment worthed 10% i got 100% so 10% guranteed

and besides i got the highest mark for my trials

and i'm coming first in the year now for software

so that's all i wanted

I got 39/80 for my trials. 48%.

Im coming 3rd or 4th out of 11 people in my class for assessment ranks at the moment. I am having doubts about how well i will do in the HSC now :/

The average for the SDD trial at my school (which was largely based on the Catholic one) was 45%...

I passed though, so phew!
