i come from a science family..it runs in my blood :/

however, i prefer chem over anything.. but i also enjoy drama. AND THEY CLASH! UGHHHHH

For everyone it's different. I did nothing last year in Modern, bs-ed my essay and still got 100%.

The point is you love Chemistry over anything therefore I don't understand why you are struggling to change to it. Just do it.

And even if you have some epic cohort, achieving poor marks will not help in any way.

Look at the HSC syllabus. Are you prepared to do what is required?

An alternative is to move schools but just take Sly's advice and change to chem before it's to late to switch.
