Hello BoSers
I'd like your opinion on specialist vs general HSC tuition centres. Would you prefer:
a) a general tuition centre which offers tuition for all HSC subjects (i.e. all sciences, all maths and all english, in addition to history, economics and other popular courses), or
b) a specialist tuition centre which only offers tuition in its area of expertise, such as maths, where the centre is famous for retaining the highest quality teachers, but does not offer tuition in any other subject.
Also if you have a specific opinion in this matter, could you please elaborate on whether you think students these days prefer to go to a specialist over a general tuition centre? Do students prefer to customise their tutoring needs nowadays? i.e. going to place X for Chemistry, person Y for 1 on 1 English, and place Z for maths?
Thanks for your input.
