you can turn into the street that has the red light, yes, but you have to give way to oncoming traffic

you can't turn right from a street that has a red light

It's saying that you can turn right if you are in the middle of the intersection.

This is so you don't block traffic.

I've just recently found out you can turn right at intersections during a red light.

Is this true? Because I find it hard to believe... cause you know, a red light means STOP.

Edit: Go down to the traffic lights section.
This only applies where you already have entered the intersection waiting to cross traffic to the other side but didn't get the opportunity to and then the lights have subsequently turned yellow/red. It doesn't apply if there was already a red arrow when you reached the intersection (ie you can't enter the intersection to begin with).
