I have heard that Dr B Balan is a very good teacher and has classes on Sundays for chemistry.

yeah he's very good. extremely experienced and knows his stuff. also he can make you seperate notes/past papers for you before a test. $20 for 1.5 hrs, there are 2 classes for yr 11, 2-3:30 and 3:30-5. but i dont think he'll take any new students anymore as classesare very full and over capacity. but you can try and hope for the best =] good luck.
