Would anyone (pref a sciece student) be able to post their timetable (or someversion of it) so I can see whats the typical attendance hours per day in uni??

Im asking coz I was thinking of doing a tafe course part time (fine arts) with a science degree but I need to know roughly if its possible. God I hate being torn between two paths.

It can range from 20 to 30, as it would depend upon the units that you take.

Perhaps do part-time science for first year and create your own "science/fine arts"????

Most standard first year science subjects are 6 credit points, which for science implies 6h a week at uni.

Usually one does 4 6cp subjects in science.

Doing tafe alongside in first year is not advised.

Arts subjects supposedly make up the lacked hours at home [in readings, i guess, but most don't do the readings =P]. They are only 4h a week for 6cp in 1st year...

Having 1st-year maths means 1 hour of lectures mon, tues, wed, thurs... It's possible, though, to get fridays off on a first year science timetable, especially once you're used to the whole timetabling system in second semester.
