another guy told me once you accept u wont be given any offers
i dont get it but isnt it true once u accept u can change?

no. you can accept your initial offer, then change your preferences and wait to see if you get another offer in the 2nd round. if u do get a different offer in the 2nd round, u can accept that and then withdraw from the initial offer you accepted.

This is only the case if you get your first preference AND don't change your preferences.
