If the servers that you click on are not working, change the number in the address (from www7) to either www2 or www3 which seem to work instantly

I have some questions:

With our UAC number, do we have to put a 1 in front of it?

I have tried with and without, and the sever opens, yet when I click the button it says "processing, please wait", then "Internet Explorer cannot be displayed"

The suspense is killing me.
