Ok, i go to a public high school, non-selective.
My assessment marks and ranks are as follows:

English Adv: 74%, ranked 3rd out of 14
Modern History: 83%, ranked 1st out of 12
Ancient History: 84%, ranked 5th out of 26
Extension History: 74%, ranked 3rd out of 5
Biology: 85%, ranked 2nd out of 16
PDHPE: 86%, ranked 3rd out of 13

They're not that great, but my Trial marks are to blame...didn't go so well in them.

My UAI that i NEED to get into USyd B Arts/Science is 85-ish...do i have ANY chance of getting that? Please be honest...and if i am off 85, where can i improve (obviously English, and i am working hard on it!)

I think you'll get into your course if your school isn't too bad....

My school would be no where near the top 120, i can say that right now.
