definately company research, teamwork, leadership, motivation, why cadetships and stuff will be asked...
group interview not sure of. hhaa.. sabotage everyone else is always a key interview skill aint it?

I notice UBS loss couple hundred millions Swiss Franc this year, and looks like the outflow of their Wealth under management 10th of billion dollars.

They are in Limbo.... 2009 I read somewhere saying that they are recruiting only 2 candidates. While other banks including Westpac cease going through this consultant.

This consultant never reply an email and phone call going to voicemail all the time. It doesn't looks good though.

Guys !!! concentrate your HSC rather than spending your 1 day for interview.

Looks like this program is not as credible as the Big4 Accounting Cadetship......

cadetship isn't all its cracked up to be. firstly theres only financial accounting and operations divisions that are available. these are all back office...

I once thought that these 'finance' cadetships would offer jobs in 'hardcore' front office type stuff like M&A, hedging, trading options, shares, bonds and other instruments. However,from talking to current cadets I've come to realise that its more to do with organisational controls, management/ financial reporting and internal audit- hence the name 'operations'.

Its pretty much the same as a Big 4 cadetship in audit but with much much less exposure (hence experience) to different industries and more specialisation tailored towards the firm (rather than a client).
