I bombed out in UMAT
scores: 53, 52, 65
percentiles: 68, 66, 94

This is SO not what I wanted to see before my UNSW interview on Tuesday
Is there still a chance of getting an offer or is it Grad Med at USyd for me?

I got 69 60 51 = 180 total.
Apparently, according to the 2005 cutoff table by UNSW I should have got a main round interview with them (my predicted was 99+).

Whats up with that!?

Same here! I got 178, and the cutoff for 99UAI was 173 this yr. Although i cannot be certain that my school definitivley put down 99 predicted, although it was explicitley implied by my career advisor....

I think we should ask the uni for confirmation, to be sure...

Cut off for monash med is around 220 percentiles. Approx 600 are interviewed plus 100 from the Deans Rural List.

That's to get an interview. BMP won't be any lower. The lower performing candidates (i.e. lower UAI's/interview performance) will be given the BMP. Not sure about fee paying, but i doubt it would be any lower because the people who screw uai and interview will prob be given that option.

I'm pretty sure this isn't going to get me anything. Plus, i'm doing Cambridge CIE, does anyone know of any conversion table I can look at?

Hey keep hope, they're two ranks above my 2003 scores and I was eligible for interviews everywhere. Your scaled total of 180 is close to Newcastle's (approximated) cutoff.

I didn't apply to Newcastle however, I'm only interested in dentistry. I would reaallly appreciate if someone could redirect me to a suitable conversion table for ENTER and CIE Cambridge.
