Actually, how does this whole thing work? Do you get it based on getting into/within 5 points of your course, and is that all? =\ I'm confused

Well you pretty much got the scholarship since the time that they nominated us.

You just gotta come to UNSW and um...get 5 ATAR within your degree except courses that require other way of entry.

I think the only course at UNSW that doesn't accept entry based on the AAA scholarship is Medical Science or something.

LOL...just wait. School is gonna nominate someone after you have done all you schoool assessments and everything.

On the website im pretty sure it says that it does apply as long as you fit all the extra criterion.

ohhh really?

but it would hardly help anyway because there is no well in hell that they are going to just simply add that 5 "bonus atar" on top of your atar to make your final atar for the med course.

i am sure the 5 "bonus atar" is simply to make the atar above 95 if the person didn't make the 95 in the first place.

Mine didn't offer it, then I found out about it on like the 29th of october (closing date was 31st, I believe). Then went to careers advisor etc etc and pushed it through, basically. I'm going for law, heheh. Those bonus points might come in handy

yeah that's when I got it.

I thought UNSW offered this scholarship to all schools in NSW so it's a bit weird for the schools above not to fill in the forms. Lazy teachers perhaps.
