Unsw access scheme/eas (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if EAS/ACCESS still applies if you are currently studying in university (first year, 35% through first semester).

My disadvantage is that I went to a disadvantage school in Western Sydney.

From what I was told by UAC, EAS still applies when you're applying for 2nd semester. Access scheme, I don't know.
