UNSW Handbook - "Excluded"? (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

I was looking at the different subjects needed to be completed for different majors.

Now, take this as an example - http://www.handbook.unsw.edu.au/undergraduate/courses/2015/ECON1202.html

It says "Excluded: ECON2291, MATH1011, MATH1031, MATH1131, MATH1141, MATH1151"

What does this mean for me, if I have done say MATH1151?

Also, on a related note, does anyone know if doing MATH1151 and MATH1251 can exempt me from either or both ECON1202 or ECON1203??

What does this mean for me, if I have done say MATH1151?

Basically it means you can do one course or the other, but not both. So since you do MATH1151 you won't be able to do ECON1202 and vice versa.

"In addition, for Bachelor of Actuarial Studies students MATH1151 is a substitute for ECON1202, and MATH1251 is a substitute for ECON1203."
