UNSW or USYD for Intl Studies (1 Viewer)

So my predicted atar is looking to be around 87/88. International Studies at both UNSW and USYD is 92. Currently I have more of a chance of getting into UNSW with 4 bonus points from their HSC Plus scheme. Just wondering which uni would be better for the course and how strict USYD is on letting people in with lower atars than the cutoff. Thanks!

If you have EAS, you'll be able to get in through their 'broadway scheme' - saves spots for eas peeps that are up to 5 points under cut off
