I applied for a place at the Terrace and haven't received any notifications apart from the application confirmation e-mail.
Have people started moving in?

Have you received any confirmation of a place, lease agreement or request to pay a security deposit? I secured a place and people who were offered one are allowed to move in from the 18th January 2013 onwards, so there are probably people already living there.
