UOW to UTS (1 Viewer)

Looking to apply to Bachelor of Business at UTS for 2015. I'm currently enrolled in a Journalism/Commerce double degree at UOW, in which I have completed the first year, with the commerce subjects appearing to be very similar to some which make up the UTS course I am hopeful of joining. I have a distinction average across these subjects, so I just wanted to know what my chances would be of actually receiving an offer from UTS before I spend $200+ on uac application.
