Is this book good? how does it compare to Riley's and Dixon's books?

It's a statistics kinda book. With heaps of questions.

Not a good book to learn the theory, but awesome for statistics and questions etc.

would it work if I learnt theory from an older version of like dixon, and use this for statistical reference/figures?
