Upfront payment instead of HECS (1 Viewer)

How do I select this choice instead of HECS? From what I can tell, HECS is all I can see when enrolling.

Also, with upfront payment, is it the full annual fee, half of it or all 3 years of the course?

I think you pay per semester.

Proceed further with the enrollment and you should come to a page where you are able to choose whether to take out HECS or not. You pay per semester I think, and can pay the whole thing upfront or make a partial payment.

Naah I'd enter the TFN if I were you...in case you need HECS in the future.
