Urgent Advice please: Medicine (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Can someone please give me advice?

So I just received my UMAT results today and I don't think I can make it into medicine at Western Sydney or NSW. Although my atar results are looking good UMAT ruined everything for me.

However, I will try again next year, and I was wondering if anyone can explain other pathways that may get me into medicine? Like other courses I can do in the meantime that will get me there?

UNSW Med Science, top 10 get into med but insanely competitive.
USyd any course, do relatively well + GAMSAT and do the doctorate of medicine.

That's what I have heard, so if anyone can confirm that, that would be good.

I guess your best options right now are physiotherapy, radiology, pharmacy, medical science, advanced science or anything in that vein and then to transfer into the course/ retake UMAT.

Have you looked into doing clinical science or medical science at Macquarie and then doing a postgrad at Sydney?
