How accurate is this article?

http://www.smh.com.au/national/educa...12-gt925g.html

I know offers come out tomorrow but I'm freaking out about it. If you scroll down to the bottom of it, you can input your uni and courses. For example, 8.10% of all offers go to people 10-20 points below the cutoff for UTS Business. Is this actually correct?? I personally want to get into uts business and I got an atar of 72.4. If I add 5 bonus points from academic and another 10 from Eas, with a total of 15 bonus points, I have a potential atar of 77.4 to 87.4. What are the chances of me getting in

btw including bonus points I would have 4 above the cutoff for the course I wanted but still didn't get in.

I didn't manage to get into UTS despite having 2 points under ATAR+BP.

Does anyone know why B.Business / B.Sci (84.9) has a lower atar cut-off than the regular B.Business (90)?

It's legit, my mate does software engineering at UTS with a ATAR cutoff of 85 and he had a 68 ATAR. Uni's are all about money.
