i have a speech due tomorrow, and I know what my points are and what I want to talk about, but I'm not sure how to start it.
I was thinking "Dear, society...." etc. But is this a speech technique?

What i do is that i try nit to say good morning or anything but instead launch straight into it. Maybe say a confronting fact or even a quote
