I don't think which type of resource you use matters :) It depends how will you anaylse and explain it :p..

Should be fine if it matches your core text :).....or module/ Area of study..

Is it an original Youtube source????

If not, I think you have to reference it properly (ie. movie clips on youtube)

Believe it or not, we're not on BoS 24/7. Believe it or not, we do have real lives, do attend university, and we do have to go to work.

On a spectrum of academic difficulty, I'd say it be low, considering the amount of novels, films, plays, poems you could use. If what you have pitches low on the spectrum, and you meet that level, then in comparison to someone else who has done a higher order text, and reaches that high level, the person with the higher order text would get the better mark. The marker will be marking hundreds of papers, and marks an excellent response with a great text; then he/she will move onto yours with a YouTube video (though I haven't seen it yet, I don't believe it would match the academia of a higher order text), and whilst you've got a good analysis, it doesn't have that same expectation or feeling as the previous response, and chances are they will feel the need to mark it lower.

To add to the mods being fail...Aerath negative reps me, purely for complaining. I used no offence language and thought l was treated unfairly. Aerath's negative rep response was, "What the fuck." A mod using a swear word, l thought that was against the rules and he should get neg repped for using foul language. Aerath l believe is abusing "Mod powers."

I wanted to use a Youtube video too, but I'm not sure if it's really wise... It has a plethora of techniques and is really nice.
My teacher discouraged me
