Hi All,
congratulations on finishing Extension 2 Maths for the 2011 HSC!
I would like to bring to your attention the following scholarship for all the girls out there who completed Mathematics in the HSC this year:
Apply for a UTS Women in Engineering scholarship valued at $13,000 for 2012 University study, we only had 5 people apply last year.

Thanks Laura! I'll be sure to look into it! I'm not too sure if I am set on engineering, as I am seriously considering a sporting career. What marks are expected??!! I have discussed wit' some of the other girls doing 4 unit and they seem to think that a raw mark of 115+ would be fine, but I'm not too sure??!!

You only need an ATAR of 80 2unit maths is generally enough to do engineering but if you are doing 4unit then it will definately help. Please email me anymore questions to wie@eng.uts.edu.au
