I'm going to be free and single this valentines day.

Might find some thai lady boys to wash my feet or something, that's sexy right?

is it possible to buy high tea to take on a picnic instead of dining in?

well, this calls for
Chemical Ali's shoddy guide to the picnic date:

1. Site selection
Your choice of site is basically a compromise between convenience on one side, and the amount of stuff you can do to each other without getting arrested on the other side. Hyde Park lies on the former extreme; it's nice and everyone except meilz knows it and it's a piece of piss to get to. But you'd feel awkward even making out, or I would. Some confirmed places that are nice enough looking and usually pretty empty:
- Kelly's Bush in Hunter's Hill
- Anywhere around Berowra, especially Berowra Valley Recreational Park
- Watson's Bay, not the designated areas but just random grassy spots off the main roads, you can find somewhere obscured by bushes but with a nice view if you drive around a bit
There's heaps of potential spots, look for green places on Google Maps, lol. Be aware of the presence/absence of toilets if necessary.

2. Food
If you are a wog then you have this covered already. If you're a culture-less anglo like me, keep it simple or you will just embarrass yourself. Woolies. Bread rolls, cheese, meat, pre-made salads, beer, cashews, cake. Simple. Take an esky if it's a longer drive. Make ice night before. If you don't have a car... I have no idea. Take your own plastic plates and shit, and a garbage bag.

3. Site setup
I find that the ground > tables, in terms of scoring, lol. Take at least 3 rugs/blankets to put on top of each other and maybe a couple of cushions. Insect repellant is good but not essential. It might be too hot/rainy right now to do any of this anyway.

4. Stuff to do
Apart from eating and making out, you could take cards/board games, some kind of portable media player. iuno, be creative.

5. Valentines Day shit
Buy a present. Something that shows an awareness of her interests. Not expensive; save that for birthdays.

6. Doing it in public
just kidding, lol

hey thats a p good picnic guide
however I don't feel that its a good idea to take a whole heap of food on the train for 2 hours, as i will have a long journey to get to any decent picnic places.. soo i am not sure.

well if you don't have a car you would probably have to choose somewhere within walking distance to a shop, lol

I'm letting my woman cook for me instead of being a slave to convention

~the way things should be~

In all seriousness I'll probably take her to KFC.
