How can I talk about validity and reliability in a mole experiment (in general)?

I think for validity you could say if the experiment plan was good and if there were controls etc. for reliability you could say how many times experiment was repeated and if results were similar.

for validity: appropriate equipment (e.g. using a tape measure to measure weight isn't valid) , same equipment when repeating experiment and when controlling the experiment,

Validity talks about if the experiment correctly addressed the aim and you scrutinise the experimental method.
Example:
The validity was poor because there were two independent variables etc.

Reliability talks about if the experiment was repeated and the consistency of results - it addresses if the experiment can be repeated with the same results under the same conditions.

Validity can also refer to the carrying out of the method, if the experiment was carried out correctly according to the method prescribed then it is deemed valid
Reliability is like someth1ng said it's just about consistency. Can you replicate the same results over and over again under the same conditions

Valid meaning all your variables were kept the same
Reliability is whether you repeated the experiment 3 times. That't what makes it reliable. but how consistent were all your results to each other?
