VCD la... (1 Viewer)

hey everyone,

i have a vcd with some movie files that are in .DAT file extensions..
i want to be able to watch them on the computer anytime..therefore, copying it to the HDD....how do i change it to wmv or someother readable file extension?

You can open the DAT files directly in media player (classic). Just drag and drop the DAT files into the player or use the open menu.

just open the .dat file with media player and it'll play (if u have media player 10, click on the little arrow pointing down, it is located right next to the "now playing" tab, then in the drop down menu click the CD drive in which the vcd is located. if u have media player 9, click the drop down menu on top of your playlist)~ OR use PowerDVD
