the protein deficiency can be avoided if you eat the right types of foods in combination with each other

though your protein will prob still be of an inferior quality to the kind derived from the meat

Can someone please tell me the reasons why people become vegetarians? (srs)
I find most meat tasted yucky, I didn't used to mind chicken or bacon but given how close I was I decided to forego those and grant myself some moral high ground. Purportedly meat consumption does horrors for our carbon footprint too although I'm not that well versed in the meat trade.

would you consider yourself an idealist? for example, would you ride to work rather than catch a bus to reduce your carbon footprint and actively attempt to keep as many lights in your house off as possible?

Hold on, I've just said that my main reason for stopping was because I didn't like the taste(or the sensation), otherwise I doubt I'd do it. I don't imagine I'd stop eating bread if I found out it caused animals or the environment great discomfiture.

if I gave you a chicken and said I would kill another chicken if you don't eat the original chicken, would you eat the chicken?
