cambridge q4a excercise 7.5(Theres a particle performing circular motion on the inside surface of a cone):
The worked solution has the reaction force pointed outwards from the cone and the answer in bob reflects this. I thought the reaction force opposes the force the particle applies to the cone and thus should be pointed inwards. Am i right or wrong? please explain (sorry if its a stupid q)
thanks in advance
