Please help me with this question...

The mass of unknown substance is 4 grams
The mass of water is 100 grams
C is constant and equals 4 J/(K g)
The temperature changes from 17 degrees to 20 degrees


So how to work our the enthalpy of an unknown substance, and by comparing with accepted value, guess the substance?
Help will be highly appreciated. Thanks
