Kind of hard to take someone seriously when they swear in an argument.

Anyone who doesn't do what they're supposed to do, unless it's a matter of life and death, deserves the consequences.
Kind of hard to take someone seriously when they focus on the swearing rather than the argument.

Adults swear. Get over it.

He did the wrong thing. People speeding are putting their own lives and others' in danger. It's not that hard to leave the house a few minutes early so you're not late.

He deserves what he got.
I hope you die of a stroke.

The nice policeman shouldn't have been sacked. At the most, maybe a stern word. However, I can sorta see how giving out lower speeding fines could undermine the police... "He got a smaller fine, why didn't I? /sues". Police probably covering their asses, sadly causing the good cop's head to roll.

Complete over reaction on the force's part imo.
