Im in desperate need of advice and i need to find out what book to write about for my belonging related text.
Has anyone read it yet? how does it relate to skrzynecki? is it a good idea?

maybe watch the movie to get a feel of central ideas and if appropriate as a related text read the book.

I don't think the Virgin Suicides book can be strongly related to Skrzynecki's poems which has a much stronger cultural focus than the suicidal/tragic focus of the book, for some really good related text suggestions, I advise you to visit the link: http://www.hscdiscovery.com.au/#!belonging-2014/citr. However, I would still advise you to read the book for yourself and see whether you can find links in terms of conceptual ideas related to belonging if you are very keen on using this book.
