HSC marks (already scaled)

Maths ext1 - 96 (raw mark about 75%)
Maths ext2 - 91 (raw mark about 57%)
Phys - 82 (raw mark about 78%)
Eng adv - 81 (raw mark about 80%)
German cont - 95 (raw mark about 90%)
Software - 87 (raw mark about 55%)

So weird...i dont know how they calculated the UAI

I want to do engineering/commerce double deg at USYD

and german cont - 90s!
then high 80s in software, and low in phys and eng adv (not bad scaling)
comaparing it to the rest of the state who were getting band 4s and 5s, in low scaling subjects, of course you got 97

although i must add that i know someone who got 97.__ and got 8units in band6, in hard subjects.

My maths mark was 80
Chemistry was 73
But chemistry still ended up counting because of the scaling!

how absurd, i thought i efd software up so badly...but it scaled so well...amazing!!!

What?! You marked your own paper?

And more than 40 would have gotten that UAI. Around 40 get 100, and it rises with every 0.05 increment below that.
