definately the ASTON. but i think d best car out now right now has 2 b the 05 Ford GT. the porsche beater.

Blasphemy! As much as I think the GT is the best American car ever (not really saying much there) it is in no way, shape or form any sort of Porsche beater. In fact, nothing is a Porsche beater. One only needs to look at Porsches racing history ie The most wins in professional FIA competition of any car maker ever. On top of that they always win in LeMans. They won in LeMans in the 80's with cars that were 6 years old and run by private teams. They have done everything there is to do outside of F1.

To make it short, the Ford GT is a Ferrari 360 beater, not a Porsche GT3 RS beater.
Observe:

Ford GT:
Weight: 1520kg
Power: 500hp
Price: US$140,000

Porsche GT3 RS:
Weight: 1100Kg
Power: 400hp
Price: Aus$250,000


It may seem the GT is much cheaper, this is false thanks to US taxes/tarrifs and importing. Take note, a Viper GTS costs US$66,000 but in Australia you would need AU$250,000 to buy one. Using the same rate the Ford GT would come out at AU$300,000.
This is by no means a complete comparison, I don't have as many figures as I should, but it definitely shows that the Porsche is faster for less money. As good as the GT is, it isn't a Porsche.
