Get on youtube and type in "solubiloty rules NAG SAG" its pretty good, if you're more into rhymes and songs and things there is a good solubility rules song that's also on youtube. I found both of these very helpful, but really it comes down to repetition until you know them. Good luck

Chunk it

1st chunk - the ones that are soluble with NO exceptions

2nd chunk - the ones that are soluble but WITH exceptions

3rd chunk - the ones that are insoluble WITH exceptions

Note: the way i memorised it, i made each chunk have 2 rules (so total 6 rules)
