I don't know any websites which categorise by topic, but I know the Cambridge (HSC) Checkpoints books do - highly recommend you buy/borrow it. Excel Success One is a viable option too. Main other website I know of is THSC (https://thsc.zaxu.xyz/).

What does the banner mean?

Note: Site currently in maintenance/unmanaged mode. Content will still be accessible but is not up to date

unmanaged means that it is not been managed at the moment, meaning no content updates, at the moment.

maintenance mode refers to a point in a programs when it has reached all of its goals and is generally considered to be "complete" and bug-free.
