Molecular formula?, Or structure, both of which can be found with a google search and through wikipedia :)

1 and 2 are very broad and are more like classes of different types of compounds.

Salt is ionic and exists as a lattice with anions bonded with adjacent cations and vice versa.
Sugar has the common formula of Cx(H2O)y and can be a cyclic or linear chain.
Cellulose is a polymer (or polysaccharide, if you do Forensic Chemsitry) of beta-glucose. It is straight chained with alternating glycosidic bonds with 1-4 bonds.
