What's with all the hating on clear nailpolish? If you're seriously concerned about the polish someone else is putting on their nails then you yourself need help. I used to wear it to school and work because my nails chip and peel if I don't have something on them.

Today I'm wearing a really awesome purple. Waterlily by Ulta3..$2 and lasts ages!

Apparently grey nails are going to become fashionable..shame it looks feral on me

apparently matte looking polish is also in? I think this would look shit and as if you'd just put coloured white-out on your nails. Much prefer the shiny.

Agreed. Grey/taupe nail trend looks so boring and matte nails look shit for most colours. The only time when I think matte works is when you have a glitter polish with a matte top coat. The matte does something really cool to the normally holo glitter particles.

Toes: China Glaze Heli-Yum (reddish fuchsia) and CG Tinsel (silver glitter) on top.

I have that but it doesn't come out the way I want it. It looks better after you wipe over it once with a nail polish remover.
