True escorts are probably amongst the highest earners aside from CEOs.

I mean yeah they'll collapse, but not by a few hundred k's, which is what we need.
a correction could take prices back to what they were in the 90s after speculators evacuate the market en masse and funding for credit evaporates. 800k would take sydney to melbourne levels, a city that is still overwhelmingly regarded as 'severerly' unaffordable. no large city in australia is considered even close to affordable.

Alright is this fixed:

Engineering, Technology, Applied Mathematics
No, include science, I consider med within the STEM disciplines, med incorporates and is an applied science, and docs get paid more than enough lol

Include med, but not the rest of science. Graduating with a standard BSc gives you shit all in terms of career prospects, unless you want to be a science teacher. In which case you'd struggle to get yourself a mortgage in Campbelltown.

Irregardless there are still jobs in science that pay well.. though I can't disagree with the poor prospects. However, for standard science peeps, many go on to research which isn't so bad. But these people tend to do it for the love of the subject and not quarrel about money, but this is the wrong thread to talk about regarding that lol.
