Wow, maybe its just me but that exam was really hard!! i left out at least 6 marks

It's not just you... That exam was horrible!

I dunno what it was. Maybe that the algorithms required 4 or 5 booklets and there was absolutely no knowledge questions like "What is incremental compilation", it was just pure bullshit.

I got home and flopped in a depressed and 'dreams crushed' state on the floor.

I can only wish for anything above 75%.. and I was aiming for over 90% because that's what I normally get in my SDD exams! I did about 15 hours of study for this exam in the last week two so I don't know why I didn't do so well.

I calculated i left out 30 marks in total and the stuff i did do most of it was made up. So yeah i found it hard. Also now i know that i definately failed. oh well

Well lets put it this way, ive seen last years exam .. this was harder

i didnt take an exam home with me, but geezus, put it this way, the multiple choice was much harder, and more ambiguos, Q21 wasnt so bad, but there were at least 3 multipage algorithms in the exam that students had to write that were very demanding ... i would say that having to write algorithms accounts for 30-40 percent of the marks in the test

q23.... omg, i hated that. the damn desk check error
found 1, couldnt find the other decided to noth bother seeing it was only 3 marks and time was ticking away

Evolution of programming was EASY, question 23 was GAY (Except the second part) and question 21-22 were SO-SO. :D

i reckon ive lost max mark of 5 marks..

ive lost 3 from desk checking and

2 prolly from silly mistakes !!!!!

it was soo much easier than last yers

the Qs were more direct and guided u on what to say..


may be i was abit too optimistic but i think ill get at least 85 +
