I got an atar of 92.55 and got 4 extra bonus points giving me a 96.55 Atar for comm/info Sys at UNSW which is 0.45 off the guaranteed entry. What do you reckon my chances are of receiving an offer in january?

Good chance as they let people in below the guaranteed entry. Don't bank on it though and have a back-up plan. Make sure you have an option you are 200% sure to get at the bottom of the list.

Imma be real with you but the odds of them accepting you in a degree like Commerce below the cut-off isn't likely at all
