Transferring internally, i.e. from the same uni, is more often than not easier than an external transfer.

What do you mean? If you can make usyd commerce, you can make unsw commerce (bonus points, as I assume you do chem,phys etc)

Commerce/Arts at UNSW. Projected ATAR based on my year 11 results is 88, so even if I don't get to 94-95 I can start with arts, do well at that for a year, and transfer into commerce 2nd year. Commerce may be better at UNSW than at USyd but from what I've seen, not to the same extent that arts better at USyd than UNSW. If I do well at that I might do a masters degree in one of them, part-time once I get a job.

Adv science in UWS apparently, UMAT cut off decreases or something. Call them up to confirm.
