I was just looking around various University websites and I was wondering what it meant by "co-op programs". What is "co-op"?

A "co-op" is a co-operative education program. It involves undertaking a degree that includes periods of work placement or internships. Both UTS and UNSW offer Accounting co-op programs, with UNSW also offering such programs in finance, actuarial studies, information systems and marketing IIRC. These programs also include scholarships paid to students derived from funds provided by companies who sponsor positions in such a course.
