Hmm, well I hope so! :S

Going to the gym afterwards, hopefully an hour - an hour and a half of cardio and some weights... (Bleh, bf made me promise him that I'd do some the next time I went gymming.)
I don't like weights. :/
then don't do them, christ

don't replace your shitty parents with a shitty boyfriend
3km interval training run

100 pushups program (day 2, column 3)

bicep curls, standing military press, bent-over shoulder rows

walked to and from uni

5km run
but cardio will kill your gains brett

Cardio is *amazing*

I've been doing one hour jogs every day and it's the best

Doesn't compare to weights imo. Probably will try and maintain a full body workout routine anyway though.

one hour is way too long

I mean do what ou enjoy or whatever

but shorter distance and especially interval training is much better for you

was pull day
removed 2 heavy deadlift sets and replaced with 3 pullup sets
everything else was the same

I did walk in the morning and did some running. These are my most favorite exercises that i do regularly.

back day today!
caloric deficit and i can feel widegrip pullups are getting much easier!
120kg 5x3 deadlifts are much lighter too :)

i love my gym activities/exercises so i do these exercises on regularly basis,five days a week.Squats: 3x5 - 145kg
Bench: 3x5 - 92.5kg
Deadlift: 1x5 - 170kg
Weighted sit ups: 4x15 - 25kg

walked to and from the bus stop 45 minutes total

walked to the gym ~15 minutes
ran home from the gym ~6 minutes?
gym routine today:

superset x 3: squats (10-12) bent over row (12-15)
superset x 3: leg extension (8-10) stiff leg dead lift (12-15)
superset x 3: squats (3-5) lat pull down (12-15)
superset x 3: leg press (1 set 10-15 right leg only straight in to normal set of 10-15) and pull ups (3-5)

benchpressed 70kg ( 8 reps 3 sets)
25 kg shoulder press
35 kg overhead tri extensions

i'm about to do:

bent over row
walking lunge to boxing bag (12 each leg) with 5kg a side
box 1 minute
walking lunge back
repeat 2 more times

then

squats (50kg 8-12)
pushups (on toes until failure, "drop set" to knees until failure)
leg curl
hover until failure
repeat 2 more times

THEN

single leg plyo leg press
pull ups un til failure
bent over row overhand, wide grip
kettle bell swings
repeat 2 more times

THEN

3 sets of
Bulgarian squats superset with
squats 40kg 12-15 reps sperset with
boxing

yessssssssss

i'll probably do more squats they are my favourite
