What Excercise Did You Do Today? (2 Viewers)

Morning - Wanderlei's Water workout with a bit of modifying

Part 1: 120 laps of pool

Part 2: 20kg weight up one end of the pool, dive from one end to the other, retrieve and then walk to other end of the pool with weight above head

Afternoon - Grappling circuit

3 sets of:

Bent rows x8
Upright rows x8
Military press x8
Good morning x8
Lunges x8 (each leg)
Squat push press x8
Deadlift x8

Hard day.

More MMA training, was pretty much a cardio session (bag pads, body weight exercises) with some light sparing at the end, my lats and abs are killing me...

deadlifting various objects, including 3 wine case stands @ 27kg which were over half as big as me.

LOL @ the thought of that :p



hmm.. exercise...

running from platform 4 to 21 at central station in 2 minutes flat, JUST getting on the train on time.

running from the circular quay trains to wharf 3, but missing our ferry by 1 minute :(

walking the corso down to the beach
walking along the beach
wading through the water

swinging my rolled up bamboo rug thingy at seagulls which came within reach of my makeshift baseball bat

plus doing numerous stairs at train stations, etc.

fun day :D

chest and tri's.

barbell bench, dumbell bench, chest flys, tricep kickbacks (need to do this more often, because i suck at it), close grip bench, skull crushers.

sort of numb atm, will be in pain tomorrow, woo!

im guessing they're called so because if you drop the barbell it'll land on ur skull, and yeah :eek:

nearly dropped it in my first rep! i thought 'farrrrrrrrrrrk better lower the weight a bit' since i was almost dead by then, lol.

nah, they will probably be too busy with their weights making themselves buff.:uhhuh:
